I’m Penny Jade…

As I approach the end of my second year in the adult industry, I find myself looking for new ways to put myself out there and share more of Penny Jade with the world. I always found that writing was a great creative and emotional outlet for me. In fact, most of my life I dreamt of being a novelist – but as I settled into my adult life, writing faded away into the background.

Throughout the last two years, I’ve really enjoyed and appreciated the opportunity to flex my creative muscles again. As I learn about new kinks and create content of my own, I feel the urge to write more frequently. I figured combining a blog and landing page might be an effective way to get me writing again, while also creating a spot to direct traffic to that isn’t inherently NSFW.

So, I welcome you to The Realm of Penny Jade! Here I will share my thoughts and feelings surrounding sex, kinks and fetishes, sex work and the adult industry, relationships, and really… whatever else seems to fit as I go. I hope that this page will provide some intimate insight into who I am as a content creator, as a woman, as a sexual being and as a person.

So, why sex work?

The BIG QUESTION that everyone always asks: how and why does a woman find herself doing sex work? In early 2023 I found myself at a bit of a crossroads. I owned and operated a small business. Some things shifted, and I found myself struggling with the motivation to grow the business. I was ready for a change, but I wasn’t ready to give up what I had built. I needed to find something else I could do from home, and with the ability to create my own schedule.

At this same point, I was going through something of a personal “sexual revolution”. I was really starting to enjoy sex more deeply, I had several regular partners and I was just starting to explore with BDSM. I was also getting more comfortable with my body, and enjoying the attention I was getting as a result.

It was suggested to me that “maybe I should try an OnlyFans or something….” and I thought “MAYBE I SHOULD!!!”.

And while OF did not ultimately made the cut in terms of platforms I use, that seed was planted. I began doing research into the different types of online sex work and how they might fit into my life.

Getting Started

A few months later, I was ready to take the plunge. After all the researching, planning, setting up platforms and tip menus, etc., I was excited to get to work. I had decided that I was going to try token based camming on sites like Chatturbate and StripChat – and I very quickly realized that they were not for me. So, I made a quick pivot and decided to try some other things; ultimately, I found my comfort zone with one on one interactions.

Skype shows were my starting point, and then I started branching out into phone sex as well.

I’m still really new to the industry in a lot of ways, and still shaping my identity as Penny Jade – but I’m having a hell of a time doing it. Ultimately, I love logging into work each day. I love the opportunity to come online and make someone feel good.
